Almoallam Group hosted an interactive training course on “Pricing Principles in Facilities Management” at its regional headquarters in Riyadh, as part of an initiative to support and advance the sector. The session was led by Eng. Taleb F. Swelieh, Executive Director of Facilities Management.

The course covered facilities and property management, cost components and core pricing principles, methods for calculating labor, equipment and material costs, and the analysis of direct and indirect costs. Participants also worked on preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), calculating administrative and overhead expenses and profit margins, and building competitive pricing strategies for FM contracts, with practical case studies in cleaning, maintenance and operational services.

Almoallam also plans to host a series of specialized workshops and expert panel discussions on topics relevant to the sector, strengthening its position and contribution within the Kingdom.
