For more than eight decades, Almoallam has grown alongside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, building a reputation for reliability, partnership, and service excellence. From its origins supporting commercial and industrial operations in the 1940s, the business has continuously evolved to meet the changing needs of the Kingdom’s economy and infrastructure.
Through strategic growth, diversification, and a commitment to operational excellence, Almoallam has developed into a trusted provider of facilities management, contracting, and project support services. Today, we continue to build on this legacy, delivering dependable solutions that support critical industries, infrastructure, and communities across Saudi Arabia.

THROUGH THE DECADES
- Partnered with Aramco and government agencies to develop housing and infrastructure in the Eastern Region.
- Built thousands of homes and new neighborhoods, making a major contribution to national development.
- Launched Landscaping & Gardening, Sanitization, Waste Management, and Housing Services.
- Developed and operated the Saihat Nursery, the largest in the GCC to support regional landscaping operations.
- In response to post-Gulf War demands, Almoallam executed major renovation and construction projects.
- Delivered high-quality Gated Community Services to Aramco and new clients across the Eastern & Western Regions.
- Launched specialized Soft & Hard Facilities Management services for SEC and Aramco, serving industrial zones including power plants, refineries, and other oil & gas facilities.
- Established Chemical Factory for manufacturing of Oil & Gas Field Chemicals.
- Introduced Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) for industrial zones, commercial buildings, and gated communities.
- Strengthened construction capabilities for employee and public facilities. Fully developed Total Integrated FM services.
- Started Paper Board Packaging business at Industrial scale and state of the art machinery was acquired.
- Accredited with ISO 14001:2015, 9001:2015, and 45001:2018.
- Launched specialized plant maintenance for industrial and O&G sectors.
- Accredited by Aramco as a Total Integrated Facilities Management (TIFM) provider.
- Started Building Trade Services (Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical) in line with our major client and got awarded several LFC contracts.
- Won Best Contractor of the Year Award for 2022, 2023, and 2024 by Aramco.
- Established Electrical and Instrumentation and Industrial Services departments for Mechanical Works, both targeting OGP clients and end users.
